MULWARRA HOTEL PROMOTION – TAI LANDS END, MUMBAI, INDIA
Showcasing Mulwarra Victorian lamb from the green pastures of South Eastern Australia, Mulwarra Chef Mike Tafe constructed several menus in liaison with Taj Lands End Executive Chef Anirudhya Roy and Executive Sous Chef Gaurav Tandon to present dishes that best highlight the quality of Australian Lamb.
Mike also hosted a Media Launch Dinner, a Chefs Table and a VIP Dinner for both the Australian Consul and the Australian Trade and Investment Commission.
