Hill Farm Preserves makes artisan condiments and preserves in north-west Tasmania from natural ingredients.

They don’t add any preservatives, colours, or artificial flavours. Their premium products are made in small batches and labelled by hand.

Born in Israel, Karin moved to Australia with her English husband in 2000. They had met when he volunteered in her kibbutz, and married soon after. Boat Harbour became their home in 2004, joining her husband’s family in the north-west Tasmanian coastal town. Karin worked for several years with Carolyn before purchasing the business. Many of the original recipes are still under production today, as well as new ones created by Karin.
