Ashgrove Cheese specialises in the production of a range of award winning premium quality hard and semi hard cheeses alongside a selection of unique flavoured cheeses utilising local Tasmanian ingredients. The Ashgrove Cheese factory is situated on the family farm where 1200 dairy cows supply milk to create the premium dairy products at Ashgrove Cheese.
